Why this exists

It is free, carries no advertising, and requires no account. That is a deliberate choice: a reference tool that asks you to sign in before showing a dose is not useful at three in the morning.

What this is not

PediRounds is a quick-reference aid. It is not a prescribing system, not clinical decision support, and not a medical device. It does not know your patient. Every value must be verified against a current formulary, the product insert and your local protocol before administration. Clinical responsibility rests with the treating clinician.
