Catch-up schedule
Two doses ≥4 weeks apart for anyone unimmunised. Measles can be given up to 5 years in NIS.
Adverse events (AEFI)
Measles: mild measles-like illness in <5%. Mumps: rarely fever, transient parotitis, aseptic meningitis, ITP. Rubella: mild illness, rarely arthritis/ITP. Efficacy 86–95%.

MMR: Tresivac (SII), Priorix (GSK), ZyVac-MMR (Zydus). MR & Rubella-only: R-Vac (SII)
Special considerations
Two live parenteral/intranasal vaccines: co-administer or space ≥4 weeks. Contraindicated in pregnancy & significant immunosuppression. Avoid pregnancy for 1 month after. Store freezer / 2–8°C.
